“I went to Meichelle for permanent eyeliner about 8 years ago. I wanted a very natural look that just accentuated and outlined my eyes. Definitely recommend her. Price for the service was reasonable and the process was straightforward. My eyeliner still looks good on both top and bottom of eyes and has not faded. The process can be painful, but it’s tolerable. Meichelle has a steady hand. There was virtually no recovery time and I was able to go on with daily activities.”
